Sunday: Dinner: Pad Thai Dessert: Ina's apple crostata

Monday: chicken chow mein/chop suey (homemade)

Tuesday: balsamic chicken, brown rice, and steamed broccoli

Wednesday: grilled chicken over toss salad

Thursday: marinated and grilled steak, gouda twice-baked potato, steamed broccoli
